Great but not for LCD November 18, 2008

This product is a great tool. This HDMI will bring out the truest black in a HDTV. The only problem I have is that I have an LCD and it doesn't have true black. So when you have a movie in the screen will be darker than usual. Overall 4/5 for LCD, and 5/5 for Plasma (probably).

hi everyone, i have to post a bad review. the cables look GREAT...they look strong and quality. BUT! after i took them off a couple times to move them from my ps3 to my dvd player to another room, the fricken gold clip part of the hdmi connector broke off. its only been like a month! i swear im a real buyer. if you buy these cables and arent going to need to move them around i suppose their find. but the build quality is totally made in China! well be warned you get what you pay for.

There is definitely a quality issue with HDMI cables, as I have had problems with more than 1 brand. This particular cable worked for about 15 minutes and then quit working. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this model of cable...

After reading of broken pins on other cables I chose to go with these. They have connected and disconnected several times and from me reaching in from the front and have had no problems. Highly recommended item.
